Short answer
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Every link from this site to Amazon is an affiliate link, and Amazon may pay us a commission if you buy after clicking it. The price you pay does not change. We have no other affiliate programs and link to no other stores.
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. When you buy through an Amazon link on this site, we may earn a commission. It does not add to what you pay.
Amazon Associates Program
DentalDogTreats.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com.
What is an affiliate link on this site
Every link from this site to Amazon is an affiliate link. It carries our Associates tracking ID, and we mark it with the rel="sponsored" attribute. The buttons say "View on Amazon" or name the product followed by "on Amazon". If you click one and complete a qualifying purchase within the period set by Amazon's program rules, Amazon pays us a commission. The commission comes out of Amazon's revenue and does not raise your price.
Only Amazon
- We take part in no other affiliate program.
- We link to no other store. When a fact comes from a retailer's label text, we cite the retailer as plain text and do not link to it.
- We run no display advertising, sponsored posts or paid reviews, and we accept no payment from manufacturers.
- Links to vohc.org, manufacturers' own pages and other sources are informational. We earn nothing from them.
What we do not copy from Amazon
We do not publish Amazon prices, availability, star ratings, review counts or product images. They change constantly and belong on Amazon, so each link opens an Amazon page where you can read the current price and what other buyers say.
How this affects what we write
We have a financial interest in clicks on Amazon links, and you should weigh our pages with that in mind. To limit the effect, we describe each chew from the information the manufacturer publishes and from the VOHC list, name the source of every figure, and state when a number is the manufacturer's own claim. Products are not ranked by commission, and no brand pays to be included. We have no veterinarian on the team and do not test products; see the methodology.
FTC guidelines
This page is meant to comply with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255). We show the Associate statement at the top of every page and next to each group of Amazon links.
